I've always loved photography, I fondly remember making a pinhole camera with my dad when I was about 8 and developing our own pictures.
I treated myself to a Canon 350D Digital SLR for Christmas 2006 - it hasn't left my side since! Currently I am taking a photo everyday to help me improve my technique. My daily photographs and many more can be found here
